Energy Feedback Reactor

The Energy Feedback Reactor is installed at the input end of the PWM inverter and can also be used as an input reactor. And it can be combined with filtering capacitors to form LC filters, as well as with input reactors and filtering capacitors to form LCL filters. When the inverter feeds back energy, it reduces the high-order harmonic currents derived from switch frequency ripple currents and controls the harmonic currents within a certain range, eliminating the impact of harmonic currents on the power grid and inverter, and purifying the quality of the power grid.

SPECIFICATIONS

Features

  • The iron core is made of silicon steel sheets, and the core column is divided into uniform small pieces through multiple air gaps. The air gaps are tightly bonded to the upper and lower iron yokes using high-temperature and high-strength adhesive slurry

  • The coil adopts H and C level insulation systems, greatly improving the reliability of long-term operation

  • All reactors use vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) technology, which greatly reduces noise and vibration during operation after high-temperature heat drying and curing. The overall mechanical strength of the product is high, and the moisture resistance is good, greatly improving the reliability of long-term operation;

  • Low temperature rise, low loss, high comprehensive utilization rate, and compact structure, easy installation.
